I.B.E.W. Local 35 has teamed up with American Income Life Insurance Company to implement a $3,000 Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefit, AT NO COST TO YOU.  Your spouse will also be covered at $500 and children under the age of 19 will be covered at $500.

There are additional no-cost benefits available including the Health Service Discount Program and Child Safe Kits.  You must return the reply card to receive these additional benefits.

You will receiving a package from American Income Life Insurance Company shortly.  If you return the reply card, you will be contacted by a representative from American Income Life to discuss further coverage options.  Otherwise, you are automatically covered by the no-cost benefit listed above.
